About

Meet my pride and joy, my family—
Since 2017, I’ve been married to my best friend, Mary Beth—my greatest cheerleader, coach, and constant reminder of Jesus. It’s a humbling joy to keep dating her and learning from her. Together we’re raising our wild and wonderful son, Corbin—basically a mini version of me. Our days are filled with kid-music dance parties, Thomas the Tank Engine, outdoor adventures, and a lot of Chick-fil-A. Family is my anchor (just after Jesus) and my greatest gift, shaping how I lead, serve, and show up in every part of life.
My Work & Experience
I serve as the Pastor of Students & Leadership Development at Gateway Church in Parkesburg, PA, where I get to do what I love most: disciple students and equip volunteers. As the youth pastor, I lead Gateway Student Ministries (GSM) by preaching regularly, casting vision, and walking closely with students through life-on-life discipleship. I’m passionate about helping teenagers encounter Jesus in real, lasting ways—and equipping them to step into their God-given purpose.
I also serve with the National Network of Youth Ministries (NNYM) as the Area Coordinator for Lancaster County, where I get to equip, encourage, and empower youth workers locally and beyond. My role focuses on galvanizing student ministry leaders and helping them form stronger, collaborative networks rooted in trust, shared mission, and spiritual health.
Outside of church-based ministry, I have a leadership consulting business called Maximizing Your Influence, which exists to guide leaders toward a deeper understanding and unlocking of the influence they carry—for the sake of self-awareness, others-awareness, and Gospel-awareness. I often frame this work through personality and leadership inventories like DiSC, Myers-Briggs, Enneagram, Working Genius, and others, helping individuals and teams grow in clarity, health, and purpose.
My heart beats for seeing people—especially students and leaders—draw closer to Jesus. I believe deeply in the power of excellent brokenness—the idea that God shapes us most powerfully not just through our strengths, but through our struggles. Brokenness brings us to humility. Excellence brings us to confidence. And when you pair them together, you get a humble confidence that boldly advances the Gospel. That’s the lens I bring into every sermon, strategy session, and conversation I’m invited into.
My Free time
When I’m not working, I love playing baseball and ultimate frisbee, strumming on my guitar, or hanging out at a local coffee shop. I’m a big fan of Marvel movies and chick flicks (yes, really), Spikeball, board games, personality tests, and a good book that challenges me to think and grow.
I’m also a raging extrovert: I love people and meeting the needs of others, even if that means trying my hand at something I’ve never done before. Don’t be surprised if you catch me letting my extroverted side take center stage as a DJ, bartender, wedding officiant, MC, audio tech manager, or day-of-coordinator for an event.
Whatever I’m doing, my hope is always the same—to say yes to Jesus in my daily life and stir others to do the same.

Before this year I had never looked forward to the sessions and only looked at it as a downside of going to camp. Tony flipped that around and made me want to go to sessions and pay attention and grow in my faith with the Lord.

Tony is hands down the best speaker I’ve heard. He’s real and will speak on hard topics that need taught about. I’ve never seen a speaker connect so well with students. If you have the opportunity to have him come speak, the campers and staff will never forget it.

Tony is exceptional at explaining personality tools in a way that’s both accessible and impactful. Thanks to his teaching, I now have a deeper understanding of myself and how others think, communicate, and lead.
